The Jewelry

We use only high quality materials made from 14k gold filled and sterling silver.

Gold filled is a layer of solid gold pressure bonded to a base metal. Not to be confused with gold plating as it has 100% more gold & is tarnish & peel resistant. And it won't turn you green!

Our metals are all nickel free, which means they are considered hypoallergenic!

YES! You can wear your jewelry in the water, but for longevity sake, it's best to not wear your gold filled in pools and hot tubs.

Store your jewelry in the pouch it came in. 

Unfortunately, no. Because I use a hammer, there is slight indentation on the backside, which will cause imperfections. 

Shipping & Delivery

I try my best to ship same or next day (sometimes a little longer for customized pieces).

In the winter months, all customized pieces will take longer (up to 1 or 2 weeks) to ship, as I'm in Mexico.

Please contact me if you need something by a specific date.

Yes, we offer free shipping for ldomestic orders over $150 and US orders over $200.

Yes, we ship all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Returns & Refunds

I want to ensure you LOVE your new treasure.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP. I do want to be fair and will try my best to work out the best possible solution.

If you would like to return/exchange your non-personalized purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, preferably in the box it was delivered in (or some other protective package), within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus any shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

*Please note, GIFT CARDS are not returnable.

If you ordered, for example, the wrong length chain (or any other NON-PERSONALIZED option), please contact me with 14 days of delivery.
I am happy to replace with the correct length / option.
You are responsible for any additional costs due to different chain lengths, metals, etc.
You are responsible for additional shipping costs.

I try my best to make sure I send out exactly what you ordered, but mistakes can occur.
If I made a mistake (spelling, wrong metal, etc), please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
I will send a new item right away and pay for the return shipping of your original item.

To return your product, please contact mefor the shipping address. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are a final sale.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
