XS-SM - 5.5-6" wrist, ~2.25-2.38" inside diameter
SM-MED - 6-6.5" wrist, ~2.38-2.5" inside diameter
MED-LG - 6.5"-7" wrist, ~2.5-2.75" inside diameter
