Sizing
XS - 7" or 2.25" inside diameter
S - 7.5" or 2.38" inside diameter
M - 8" or 2.5" inside diameter
L - 8.5" or 2.75" inside diameter
XL - 9" or 2.87" inside diameter
1. Use a measuring tape or string (or dental floss in a pinch).
2. Bring your thumb and little finger together as if putting on a bangle.
3. Wrap the tape measure or string around your hand at the widest part and measure the length.
4. Compare your length to the sizes above.
*Alternatively, you can measure the inside diameter of a bangle you have that fits well and compare to the sizing above.
*The general rule is to go up to your nearest size.
