Set of 3 Polishing Pads.
These polishing pads are our favourite thing to clean sterling silver!
Use these polishing pads to remove light tarnish or oxidation. They are made of lightweight foam and have a micro-abrasive embedded in the pad. They're quick and easy to use and leave no residue on your jewelry.

Normal turnaround for orders is 1-3 business days - although I do try my best to get orders out the same day.
Canada Post Shipping Times
At this time, all orders, unless you select Express at checkout, are shipped regular mail with Canada Post, no tracking.
- BC- 2-5 business days*

Winter Shipping Times
Most in stock in, non-custom items will ship same or next day.Until I am back in Canada in the Spring, shipping on custom items will not be daily. If you’d like to know if your piece is in stock before purchasing, please message mehere.
All custom orders will ship one of two ways.
- Via DHL to Penticton and then shipped regular mail from there.
- With a shipper who will ship directly from Vancouver.Both methods can take up to 1-3 weeks to receive so please order far enough in advance if you need something by a specific date :)

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP. I do want to be fair and will try my best to work out the best possible solution.
NON-CUSTOM PIECES:
If you would like to return/exchange your non-personalized purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, preferably in the box it was delivered in (or some other protective package), within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will send you an email to notify you your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days (minus any shipping charges).
